Nokia has recently launched two new mobile phones in the market that are given a tag as “touch and type “device. The new handsets are the Nokia X3-02 and the C3-01,which are basically touchscreen devices with alphanumeric keypad as well.
Both the devices are equipped with great multimedia options and also have a 5MP Camera, 3G and WiFi support. The phones however, do not have any operating system, though Java support is there.

Nokia X3-02 and Nokia C3-01 Price and Availability in India
Nokia X3-02 will be available in colours of White Silver, Dark Metal, Petrol Blue, Pink, Lilac at a price close to Rs. 8,500 whereas Nokia C3-01 is available in four variants namely Silver, Warm grey and Golden khaki at a price close ot Rs. 9,000. The devices are expected to be available from the first week of March 2011.
The devices are nearly similar in specs. However C3-01 comes with LED Flash support, which C3-02 does not offer.
My Views
Nokia’s two new handsets tagged as touch and type device looks great and has good specs as well. But, I feel that its price is slightly on the upper hand. I would have never given such amount for a Java handset. What about you? Do let us know your views.
